Jason Hughey

Jason Hughey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, coaching, and educational program coordination. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Scaled Education at Stand Together since November 2022, Jason previously held roles including Sales Professional at The Purpose Company and Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, where responsibilities included studio growth and member experience. Jason's coaching expertise was further demonstrated at Orangetheory Fitness as a Fitness Coach and Head Coach, alongside earlier experience at Chad's Fitness, LLC as a personal trainer and group instructor. Prior to the fitness industry, Jason worked in educational and policy analysis roles at Charles Koch Foundation, Charles Koch Institute, and Americans for Prosperity. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Regent University and pursued further education at the University of Maryland from August 2021 to August 2022.
