Kathleen O'Hearn

Kathleen O'Hearn currently serves as the Director of Economic Progress at Stand Together since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kathleen held various positions at the State Policy Network, including Vice President of Policy Advancement and Director of Policy Advancement from May 2011 to June 2022. Kathleen's experience also includes working at the Mercatus Center, where roles included Associate Director of State Outreach & External Relations, and State & Federal Outreach Coordinator. Additionally, Kathleen served as Director of State Outreach and Director of Programs at America's Future Foundation, and began her career as a Program Assistant at State Policy Network and a Research Intern at Texas Public Policy Foundation. Kathleen holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University.
