Olivia Scarlett is a seasoned professional in corporate communications, public relations, digital strategy, and behavior change, currently serving as Strategy Lead at Shape History since May 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Stand, where expertise spanned various sectors including not-for-profits, healthcare, education, sustainability, and ESG. Olivia has held multiple positions at JFL, ranging from Senior Account Manager to Account Executive, and gained experience as an Advertising Intern at Saatchi & Saatchi and Communications Intern at the BBC. Educational qualifications include a BA with Honours in History from The University of Manchester and a course in Behaviour Change Interventions from UCL. Olivia also contributed to local NGOs in Burkina Faso, enhancing communication channels and advocating for individuals with disabilities.
