Prior to this role, Dean Vredevoogd worked as an Insurance Agent at Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan, focusing on home, auto, and life insurance sales. An earlier career included significant positions at Baxter International Inc. and Merit Medical Systems, both in hospital sales related to anesthesia, critical care, renal, cardiac cath lab, and special procedures. Dean Vredevoogd also held sales management roles at Hager Group Companies, where sales were managed for a wholesale building materials distributor, and began as an Account Executive at PrimeSource Building Products. Dean Vredevoogd’s education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Standale Lumber is a 70 year old building supply company serving professional contractors and remodelers in the West Michigan area. The employees are known for their professionalism and expertise in every aspect of the process. We can take your project from Concept to Completion, starting with our Home Design services and following through with the following building materials: rough lumber, trusses and floor joists, roofing and siding, doors and windows, custom millwork produced on site, and decks and railings. We can even provide that Pole Barn you might need for extra storage. Standale Home Studio, the Interior Design showroom of the company, will provide flooring, cabinetry and counter tops, to complete the project. While our expertise is in the residential construction and remodeling industry, we do have dedicated salespeople for commercial construction. There is tremendous longevity amongst our employees, with several being here for over 40 years!
