Rosa Clemente

Rosa Clemente currently serves as Manager of Intelligent Process Automation at Standard Bank Angola, starting in October 2025, where responsibilities include driving operational efficiency through AI and RPA while leading automation project delivery. Prior experience includes a role as an IBM BPM Developer at BANCO BAI from August 2020 to October 2025, focusing on business process modeling and optimization. Earlier positions feature backend development roles at MOCHI NOIR, handling API design and payment method analysis, as well as an internship at ZAP - A minha TV, which provided exposure to various engineering and technology areas. Rosa holds a degree in Information Technology from ISPTEC (2015-2018) and furthered education with English studies at the English Plus Academy of Cape Town (2019-2020).
