Isayvani Reddy

Isayvani Reddy has extensive experience in financial services and management consulting, currently serving as the Head of Bluebean and Partnerships at Standard Bank Group since February 2015, following a successful tenure as Head of Schemes Management from March 2013. Reddy's role encompasses managing the Bluebean P&L, overseeing operations, risk, IT, and compliance while implementing strategies to revitalize the brand and develop digital acquisition channels. Previous experience includes consultancy at The Boston Consulting Group, leading customer value management at Barclays Africa Group Limited, and directing credit policy and risk at Nedbank. Reddy holds an MBA from INSEAD, as well as Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and has completed an Advanced Leadership Programme at GIBS Business School.
