Neo Mamathuba

Neo Mamathuba serves as the Head of Team Effectiveness at Standard Bank Group. With a strong background in industrial psychology, Neo is also the Industrial Psychologist and Co-founder/Director at The Thrive Institute. In addition, Neo holds lecturer positions in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at both the University of Johannesburg and the University of Pretoria. Neo's previous experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at MultiChoice Group.
