Nikita Tsotetsi-Mathebula

Nikita Tsotetsi-Mathebula has extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Credit Design and Build for Account Origination Capability at Standard Bank Group since March 2012. In this role, Nikita oversees the design and implementation of digitized credit solutions, ensuring alignment with business risk appetite while managing integration among business, IT, and credit functions. Prior to this, Nikita held various positions within Standard Bank and Absa, including Credit Account Origination Capability Lead and Relationship Manager for the Credit Bureau. Nikita holds a Management Development degree from GIBS Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Africa. Educational background also includes Matric with Distinctions from Jeppe High School for Girls.
