Tjedza Ndlovu, Ph.D., serves as the Executive Head of Data Enablement in Group Risk & Corporate Affairs at Standard Bank Group, a position held since July 2009. With extensive experience across various data management roles within the bank, Tjedza has been instrumental in leading the design, implementation, and strategic direction of data initiatives, focusing on data culture, analytics, and integration best practices. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Financial Economics and multiple degrees in finance and digital business from the University of the Witwatersrand, enhancing expertise in financial data analysis and management. Tjedza’s prior roles include leadership in data analysis, reporting, compliance intelligence, and financial crime analytics, showcasing a comprehensive background in data strategy and management within the banking sector.
