Ed Anton

Ed Anton has over 35 years of professional experience in operations and program management. Ed began their career in 1983 at General Motors in an operations management role. In 2002, they joined Ethicon Endo-Surgery as a Franchise Development Project Director Co-Invention, where they directed a Development team consisting of external design and manufacturing partners and internal co-invention resources. Ed then moved up to Research and Development Project Director, Director Research and Development, and Director of Concept Development at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, where they managed multiple research and development teams and was accountable for business plans and annual budgets. In 2015, they joined DePuy Synthes Companies as a Senior Principal Project Manager, Research and Development, where they led the PMO within the Spine business. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Director of Operations and Program Management at Standard Bariatrics, Inc.

Ed Anton attended the University of Dayton from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science. Ed then attended Central Michigan University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General.
