Julie C.

Julie C. has a diverse work experience. Julie began their career in 2015 as a Peer Leader at the University of Cincinnati. In 2014, they were a WISE Summer Intern at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and an Engineering Co-op at L'Oréal. At L'Oréal, they reduced work saturation an average of 3.3% across 2 production lines, facilitated in line organization and improvements, increasing efficiency by 3%, and led line team in reducing changeover time from 100 minutes to 80 minutes. Julie also assisted in implementation of new products through quality assurance and coordinated volunteer efforts for Adopt-A-Family and Cincinnati Children's donations. From 2016-2018, they were an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and a Quality Engineer at Sur-Seal. Julie currently works as a Quality Engineer at Standard Bariatrics, Inc.
