Richard Jason Koch

Richard Jason Koch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail and logistics within the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Retail Specialist Manager at Standard Beverage Corporation since October 2008, Richard has led a team of 20-22 merchandisers in the Kansas City metro area and earned the distinction of 2022 Employee of the Year. Previous roles at Standard Beverage included Warehouse Coordinator, Loading Dock Team Leader, and Merge Operator, where Richard focused on managing sales POS, optimizing loading operations, and minimizing product breakage. Prior to this, Richard worked as a bartender at Bravo Italiano Cucina, fostering a strong customer base and promoting sales. Richard’s career began as a Design Technician at Security Fire Protection, where technical skills in drafting and design were developed. Richard holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Johnson County Community College.
