Craig DeMello

Craig DeMello has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Craig is currently the Head of Solutions Engineering at Standard Bots, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Industrial Engineering Manager at AppHarvest from 2021 to 2023.

From 2017 to 2021, Craig held various positions at Soft Robotics Inc., including Senior Manager of Applications Engineering for Supply Chain Solutions, Applications Engineering Manager for eCommerce Solutions, Senior Application Engineer, and Application Engineer.

Before joining Soft Robotics Inc., Craig worked at MagneMotion, A Rockwell Automation Company, where they served as a Software Engineer from 2016 to 2017 and as an Applications Engineer from 2012 to 2016.

Craig's career began with an internship at Smith & Nephew in 2011, where they worked in Research and Development.

Craig DeMello attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering.
