David Golden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David is currently the Co-Founder of Standard Bots since 2020. Before that, they co-founded Bowery Farming in 2015, where they successfully raised significant investment and established the company as the largest vertical farming company in the United States. Prior to Bowery Farming, David was the Co-Founder and CEO of LeapPay, which was acquired by Funding Circle in 2014. At LeapPay, they developed real-time data capture technology to streamline small business loan underwriting. David also worked as an Investment Professional at Freshford Capital from 2010 to 2013, specializing in investment strategies. David began their career at Thayer Capital Partners as a Private Equity Associate and later worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Investment Bank.

David Golden completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Michigan in 2002. In 2000, they also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a short period of time, where they studied E-Commerce. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School, which they completed between 2006 and 2008. The field of study for both degrees is not specified.
