Arpita Tandon

Arpita Tandon is a Legal Executive with extensive experience in contract review and creation. Currently employed at Odessa since February 2022, Arpita focuses on developing contract templates and resolving company-wide contract issues by collaborating with internal and external partners. Previously at HCL Technologies Limited from September 2018 to March 2021, Arpita drafted, reviewed, and negotiated multi-jurisdictional contracts while working closely with various organizational teams to assess commercial legal risks. Arpita has completed internships at Axis Bank, ICICI Lombard, and State Bank of India, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from UPES. Additionally, Arpita is pursuing a Company Secretary degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
