Jerry Agyeman-Boateng

Jerry Agyeman-Boateng is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and institutional banking. Currently serving as the Country Head of Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking at Standard Chartered since August 2021, Jerry has successfully developed and implemented strategies that significantly enhanced business performance in Tanzania. Previously, as Executive Director & Head of Global Subsidiaries at Standard Chartered from 2014 to 2020, Jerry transformed the corporate client portfolio by focusing on key growth sectors. Other notable roles include Credit Administration Manager at UT Bank & Financial Services Limited and Senior Relationship Manager at Barclays, where Jerry established and managed high-value multinational client relationships. Jerry holds a Postgraduate Degree in Strategy and International Relations from the University of Warwick, a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance from Central University, and has completed notable leadership programs at Harvard Business School and the British School of Etiquette.
