Johnny Liu

Johnny Liu currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Enterprise Data Governance at Standard Chartered, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Johnny was Data Governance Lead at Temasek from May 2019 to February 2024 and held the same title at Credit Suisse for over 13 years, where significant contributions included pioneering the Chief Data Office function and managing data governance projects for BCBS239 compliance. Additional experience includes leading change management teams in Private Banking Credit Risk Management and managing operations, resulting in notable improvements in efficiency and automation. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London.
