Matt Gager

Matt Gager is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in financial markets and technology. Currently serving as Chief Product Owner for Markets Sales & Client Solutions at Standard Chartered, Matt has led significant initiatives in client onboarding and strategic partnerships that enhance data-driven capabilities in financial products. Previous roles include Global Head of Financial Markets Client Management Enablement, where Matt significantly reduced onboarding times and fostered revenue growth, and Head of Sales Technology, where Matt established a department that improved sales operations across multiple regions. Prior to Standard Chartered, Matt held various positions at Goldman Sachs, driving digital connectivity initiatives and client trading system developments. Matt holds a Master of Technology in Software Engineering from RMIT University, completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme, is a Certified ScrumMaster, and has studied Artificial Intelligence through IBM.
