Nishah Govind Kumar

Nishah Govind Kumar is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead and Global Onboarding, AVP at Standard Chartered from May 2020 to May 2025. Additionally, Nishah leads the Diversity & Inclusion Council at Standard Chartered Global Business Services Malaysia and has held the position of Global TA Onboarding Lead, AVP. Prior experience includes serving as Client & Employee Services Head at ManpowerGroup and Corporate Sales and HR Operations Manager at Prospect Consulting Malaysia. Nishah began career at Boustead Holdings Berhad as an Account Manager and Management Trainee, and has also worked as a Corporate Sales Executive at RMG Technology. Nishah holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance with a double major from the University of East London.
