Swati Jamwal

Swati Jamwal currently serves as the Head of Fraud Risk Management Operations for CPBB at Standard Chartered Bank since November 2021. With nearly two decades of experience at HSBC from December 2002 to November 2021, Swati led Fraud Operations teams spanning multiple regions, overseeing 1,100 colleagues across India, China, the Philippines, and Malaysia. Previous roles at HSBC included Site Head of Contact Center and responsibility for contact center operations in the MENA region. Swati also has experience in managing operations for fraud detection in the UK and earlier served in various roles at HDFC Bank and Taj Hotels. Swati holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from North Bengal University.
