Sweatha Donkada

Sweatha Donkada currently serves as the Head of Engineering for Data & Innovation at Standard Chartered Bank, a role commenced in April 2023, focusing on Global Transaction Banking. Prior to this, Sweatha held multiple leadership positions at UBS from 2010 to May 2023, including Executive Director overseeing Architecture and Transformation for AI, Data, and Analytics in Global Wealth Management, and CTO for Data & Advanced Analytics in Wealth Management, Private & Corporate Banking. Additionally, Sweatha led the Women in Group Technology initiative for UBS in the APAC region, aiming to enhance diversity within the organization. Previous experience includes positions at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, with a background in quantitative analysis and trade analytics. Sweatha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering, with a minor in Operations Research from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
