Tania Erasmus

Tania Erasmus is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational change management. Currently serving as the Regional Change Deployment Lead for HR Transformation SAP Success Factors at Standard Chartered Bank, Tania has held various roles, including Change and Enablement Lead and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Tania served as the Internal Communication and Change Lead at SABMiller and worked in multiple positions at Absa Group, including Performance Consultant and Learning and Development Specialist. Tania holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications, both from the University of Johannesburg.
