Victoria Gao

Victoria Gao is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset-backed solutions and securitisation. Currently serving as a Director at Standard Chartered Bank since October 2022, Victoria specializes in Asset Backed Solutions for the APAC region. Prior roles include Portfolio Manager at Challenger Investment Management, where contributions focused on domestic asset-backed securities, and Associate Director in Debt Markets Securitisation at Commonwealth Bank. Victoria's career includes pivotal positions such as Senior Associate Securitisation, Assistant Product Analytics Manager, and Actuarial Analyst. Additionally, Victoria co-founded Produce Exchange Australia and established GradEmpire. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in Actuarial Studies and Finance from UNSW, an exchange program at Fudan University in Chinese financial markets, and attainment of AIAA from the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
