Carrie Greiff serves as the Senior Director of People Operations at Standard AI since July 2022, leading all facets of People Operations in a fully remote, global AI startup. Responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, engagement, benefits, compliance, and performance management, with a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources at Kandji, and various leadership positions at Hatched Labs, Inc. and Bluebeam, Inc., where Carrie was instrumental in enhancing employee experience, compensation programs, and organizational culture. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago and participation in the Vistage Emerging Leaders Program.
