Pietro Tortella

Pietro Tortella is an accomplished engineering manager and lead data scientist with extensive experience in developing predictive models and managing research teams. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Standard AI since January 2021, Tortella also leads a team as the Lead Data Scientist at Wallabies S.r.l. since April 2018, focusing on the development of proprietary libraries. Previous roles include AI Engineer at Checkout Technologies and Machine Learning Specialist at Advanced Global Solution AGS S.p.A., where research encompassed computer vision, time series analysis, and natural language processing.
