Judd Ullom has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and construction industries. Starting in 2005, Ullom worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Abdo Development, where they supervised the construction of residential condominium buildings and received industry recognition for their work. In 2009, they also worked as a part-time Project Manager at GreenSpur, focusing on energy-efficient construction projects.

From 2010 to 2014, Ullom served as the Senior Sales and Project Manager at U.S. Smoke and Fire, helping the company become a market leader in life-safety specialty construction. During this time, they managed day-to-day operations and oversaw the nationwide installation of numerous projects.

In 2015, Ullom joined Abdo Development again, this time as a Development Manager. In this role, they were involved in all phases of real estate development, working closely with senior management and overseeing the financial and physical progress of ongoing projects.

From 2017 to 2022, Ullom worked at Foulger-Pratt in various roles. Judd started as an Associate, Development, and later became the Director of Development, responsible for managing development projects.

Currently, Ullom holds the position of Vice President of Development at Standard Communities, starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Ullom has gained extensive experience in project management, sales, construction supervision, and real estate development. Judd is also a LEED AP, demonstrating their knowledge and expertise in sustainable building practices.

Judd Ullom, LEED AP, holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Economic Development from Virginia Tech. Judd completed this program from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Judd Ullom also holds the LEED AP BD+C certification, which they obtained from the U.S. Green Building Council in June 2017.
