Brad Martinson

Brad Martinson started their career in 2003 as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP. Brad worked there for seven years before joining Rutan & Tucker, LLP in 2010 as a Partner. Brad held the position of Partner at Rutan & Tucker for eight years until they left in 2018. In the same year, Brad joined Standard Communities as the Chief Legal Officer, the position they currently hold.

Brad Martinson pursued their higher education at Arizona State University from 1993 to 1999. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.). Following their undergraduate studies, Brad enrolled at the University of Chicago Law School, where they achieved a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2000 to 2003.
