Courtney Osborne, MSRM, ARM, serves as the Vice President of Risk Management & Insurance at Standard Communities, focusing on enterprise-wide risk strategy and resilience planning for a national organization managing 30,000 habitational units across 22 states. With extensive experience in strategic risk management, Courtney has held senior positions at Marsh and EL AD Group, specializing in global risk challenges within financial services and real estate. Previous roles include leading the Risk Management Department at Starwood Capital Group and consulting on claims management at Crawford and Company. Courtney holds a Master's degree in Risk Management from NYU Stern School of Business, an ARM designation, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dickinson College.
