Feras Qumseya

Feras Qumseya is a Partner and Chief Development Officer at Standard Communities, where Feras leads the new construction platform nationally for affordable, workforce, and mixed-income housing. With a background in real estate development and a strong focus on affordable housing, Feras has held key roles in various organizations such as Foulger-Pratt, The Menkiti Group, and A&R Development. Feras has also served on advisory boards and task forces in Fairfax County and Prince George's County, showcasing their commitment to community development and affordable housing initiatives. Feras holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems Technology and Construction Management Systems from The George Washington University.
