Sam Green

Sam Green has a diverse background in finance and investment. Sam currently holds the role of Senior Director of Corporate Finance at Standard Communities since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Alliant Capital from October 2020 to May 2022 as the Vice President of Strategy and Investor Relations. Before that, they served as a Private Equity Associate at Alliant Strategic Investments from February 2019 to October 2020. Additionally, Sam has experience as a Vice President at Mindful Capital Group, where they conducted research and coordinated various acquisition processes for multifamily, industrial, and self-storage properties. Sam also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies, where they executed mergers & acquisitions and capital raises for real estate, leisure, and lodging companies. Sam's previous roles include working in capital markets at Dawson James Securities, as well as serving as a Servicing Transfer Coordinator at Ocwen Financial Corporation and Quality Management at Republic Mortgage Insurance Company.

Sam Green has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2010. From 2017 to 2018, Sam pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. It is unclear if Sam has obtained any certifications.
