Starting as a Wash Bay Technician, Bob progressed through various roles including Service Technician, Inside Parts Sales, and Refuse Parts Sales, before advancing to the position of Area Sales Manager in May 2016. This diverse background has equipped Bob with a comprehensive understanding of both customer service and sales operations in the field.
