Jyl (Quaintance) Davis has over 19 years of work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Jyl is currently serving as the VP Sales & Retail Merchandising at Standard Fiber since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at DOWNLITE from 2004 to 2021, holding positions such as VP Merchandising & Product Management, VP Marketing & Product Management, VP Product Management, Sales Merchandising Director, Director of Marketing & Design, Creative Manager, and Marketing & Design Coordinator.

From 2000 to 2005, Jyl (Quaintance) Davis attended the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained a degree in Design, specializing in Fashion Design and Product Development.
