Carmen Crook

Carmen Crook, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Carmen currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Standard Imaging. Prior to this role, Carmen worked at Placon for 14 years as an HR Business Partner, where they partnered with senior leadership to develop and implement HR plans and programs. Carmen also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Wisconsin Packaging Corp. in the early years of their career.

Carmen Crook, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Loras College in 1993. Carmen also holds a Certificate in Mid-Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, which they obtained in 2008. In terms of certifications, Carmen obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in 2022, the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained various other certifications in critical thinking, decision-making, leading at a distance, and basic color theory.
