Tom Lloyd

Tom became Chief Internal Auditor in 2019, and leads the audit function across our global operations. He formally reports to the Chairman of the Group Audit Committee, with a dotted-line to the CEO. As such, he is independent from the day-to-day delivery of our company’s activities, with his role focused on providing independent challenge, advice and assurance.

Tom joined our business in 2018, initially as Global Head of Internal Audit for Asset Management. Previously Tom worked at PwC, specialising in risk and assurance within the asset and wealth management sector, both in the UK and globally.

Tom is a Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is co-sponsor of our LGBT+ network, Lighthouse.
