Prudence Gorimani

Prudence Gorimani currently serves as a Pensions and Investments Administrator at Standard Life Ireland since September 2023. Prior to this role, Prudence accumulated extensive experience in customer service and support at Sky, where responsibilities included managing over 30 chat interactions simultaneously and handling more than 30 voice calls daily while resolving customer inquiries related to broadband, TV, and account billing. Previous roles included Technical Support Specialist at Concentrix, where Prudence analyzed and resolved technical issues, and Service Consultant positions at African Bank and Capitec Bank, focusing on banking transactions and financial services. Prudence is pursuing further education at Atlantic Technological University, alongside completion of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa.
