Ann Eckstein

Ann Eckstein has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Ann is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Standard Miether, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this position, they served as the Human Resources Director at Standard Miether from 2018 to 2020. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at High Point Global as an HR Business Partner, and later as a Manager of Human Resources. Ann was also a Senior Manager of Human Resources at HighPoint Global during this time. Before that, Ann worked as an HR Generalist at Nestlé USA from 2012 to 2013. Ann started their career as a Human Resource Business Partner at King Systems from 2009 to 2012. Ann also has experience as an HR Manager at Lincoln College of Technology from 2006 to 2009 and as an Organization & Staffing Manager at Stanley Security Solutions from 2003 to 2006. Ann began their career at Adecco Employment Service, where they held various roles including Branch Manager from 1999 to 2003.

Ann Eckstein obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Texas Christian University from 1992 to 1994, although no degree or field of study is specified. Additionally, Ann Eckstein has obtained the Gallup Engagement Champion certification from Gallup, and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in May 2015.
