Grace Franke

Grace Franke is a seasoned professional in the food industry, currently serving as a Research and Development Specialist at Standard Meat since January 2023. Prior to this role, Franke worked as a Center of Plate Specialist at US Foods from May 2022 to January 2023, and gained valuable experience as a Research and Development Intern at Tyson Foods in the summer of 2021. Grace's academic background includes a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University, where also served as a Graduate Student and Graduate Assistant. Additionally, experience as a Greenhouse Technician at Texas A & M University Agriculture Research between January 2018 and May 2020 further contributed to Franke's expertise in the field.
