Amanda Ballantyne

Amanda Ballantyne, MBA, possesses a diverse background in people operations and international program management. Currently serving as part of People Ops at Standard Metrics since September 2022, Amanda has previously held roles such as People Operations Manager at Weights & Biases and Sr HRBP at Peek. Extensive experience includes leadership as Country Director for Ad Astra International Inc, overseeing academic programs across Chile, Colombia, and Peru, along with founding ICES Chile to manage international academic programs and serve as a sponsor for the J1 visa. Amanda's earlier positions include director of ContactMundo, psychologist of selection at Enjoy S.A., and generalist at Tronwell. Academically, Amanda holds an MBA from Universidad Andres Bello, complemented by additional educational pursuits in psychology and wellness from various institutions, including Princeton University and The Yoga Sanctuary.
