Joe Farley - Human Resources

Joe Farley is an accomplished Human Resources professional and Success Coach with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at CrossMed Healthcare Staffing since August 2024, Joe previously operated as an independent consultant, offering life and leadership development coaching alongside Human Resources consulting from December 2022 to August 2024. Prior to this, Joe held the position of Assistant Vice President of People Engagement at Frontier Cooperative, managing talent management and organizational change initiatives. Joe's career also includes roles such as Benefits Consultant at Aflac and Assistant Store & HR Director at Hy-Vee, Inc. Additionally, Joe has a strong foundation in employee recognition programs from time spent at ITA Group and field marketing at Wellmark. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Drake University and a B.A. in Marketing from Simpson College.
