Josip Jaksic

Josip Jaksic has over 20 years of experience in the IT and networking fields, currently serving as a Network Infrastructure Engineer at Standard Process Inc. since July 2010. In this role, Josip provides first-line application and hardware support, manages help desk operations, and oversees various IT projects, including hardware builds and network support. Previously, Josip worked as an Integration Engineer at EthoStream from April 2006 to July 2010, where responsibilities included managing networking and energy management projects for the hospitality industry. Earlier experience includes a position in Operations Support at Alliance Shippers Inc., focusing on data management and customer support in logistics. Josip holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Network Specialist from Waukesha County Technical College.
