Brian Lisiewski P.e.

Brian Lisiewski, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and renewable energy. Brian has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. From 2000 to 2001, they served as the Director of Engineering at DigiNexus, Inc. where they supervised a team of software engineers and implemented sales and marketing strategies. Brian then formed their own engineering and consulting firm called Quiescence LLC from 2001 to 2005, catering to Fortune 100 clients and FDA regulated industries. Brian also worked as the Director of Engineering at Otovation from 2005 to 2014, where they managed international product and software design teams and ensured compliance with quality standards. Brian then joined Flexera Inc from 2005 to 2015 as a Senior Electrical Engineer, specializing in solar PV system electrical design. Brian served as the Director of Engineering at Ground Star Inc. from 2015 to 2017, where they oversaw the electrical engineering and design for utility-scale solar projects. Brian also worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2017, managing the Advanced Innovation Group responsible for driving technology advancements. Brian joined GameChange Solar in 2020 and served as the VP Tracker Systems and later as the Director of Tracker Operations until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Standard Solar since 2023.

Brian Lisiewski, P.E. completed their high school education at Salesianum High School from 1981 to 1985, earning a High School Diploma. Brian then pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware from 1989 to 1992, obtaining a BEE degree in Electronics and Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Brian Lisiewski has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Brian became a Licensed Professional Engineer in Delaware in January 2013. Brian went on to obtain licenses in Maryland in May 2015, Vermont in November 2017, North Carolina in February 2018, and New Hampshire in May 2018. These licenses were granted by their respective state boards for professional engineers.

Brian Lisiewski also holds the Certified Energy Manager® (CEM®) certification, awarded by the Association of Energy Engineers in 2010. In 2009, they achieved the NABCEP PV Installer certification from NABCEP, although the exact month of certification is not specified.
