Lucan Ballard has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Standard Supply and Distributing Company Inc. since July 2014. Previous roles at the same company include Distribution Center Operations Manager and Branch Manager. Prior to this, Lucan worked at Fastenal from March 2011 to March 2014, holding positions as Outside Sales Account Manager and Sales Support.
