Dana Schilling

Dana Schilling is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As Chief People Officer at Standard Textile since 2019, Dana has contributed significantly to human resources strategy and operations. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Talent and Director of Human Resources at General Cable from 2014 to 2019, and holding multiple HR positions at Gap Inc. over a 15-year tenure, culminating as Director of Human Resources. Early career experience includes serving as Sales Manager and Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems. Dana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Hanover College.
