Katie Dietz

Katie Dietz is an experienced sourcing professional with a proven track record in the textile industry. Currently serving as Sourcing Director at Standard Textile since June 2017, Katie has led various sourcing initiatives, negotiated supplier costs, and achieved significant cost savings of $800,000 annually. Prior to this role, Katie held multiple positions within Standard Textile, including Global Sourcing Analyst and Global Sourcing Manager. Katie gained valuable experience as a Textile Lab Supervisor and Graduate Assistant at the University of Kentucky, where comprehensive textile testing and data analysis were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes internships at Showroom Delfina and Footlights Dance Store, focusing on merchandising and inventory management. Katie holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky in Retailing and Tourism Management and Merchandising, Textiles & Apparel, respectively.
