Cindy Hand

Cindy Hand has a diverse work experience, primarily in the finance and audit sectors. Cindy is currently employed as the Director, Finance Business Partner at The Standard since February 2023. Before that, they worked at KPMG for a significant period, where they held various roles such as Senior Audit Manager & ESG Lead from July 2022 to February 2023 and Global Insurance Sector Executive from October 2020 to June 2022. Cindy also worked as an Audit Manager, Senior Audit Associate, and Audit Associate at KPMG from 2011 to 2020. Additionally, they had internships at KPMG as an Audit Intern in 2009 and at Golub & Company as an Accounting Intern in 2008.

Cindy Hand holds a Masters degree in Accounting from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Cindy also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting CPA from the same institution. Additionally, they have an Advancing Sustainability Certificate (ESG) from NYU Stern School of Business.
