Dave Thompson

Dave Thompson, FSA CERA, is an accomplished actuary with extensive experience in assumptions development, model development, and mortality and morbidity experience analysis. They worked as a Director & Actuary for Individual Life Product Pricing & Development at Brighthouse Financial from 2020 to 2022, and currently serve as AVP & Actuary at Munich Re from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, Dave was a Director at Prudential Financial, where they specialized in Long Term Care assumptions and led model development initiatives. Additionally, they are managing and actuating at The Standard since 2025.
