Donna Howard

Donna Howard is an experienced professional in training and instructional design, currently serving as a Disability Claims Technical Trainer at The Standard since April 2024. Prior to this role, Donna worked at Anthem, Inc. as a Trainer Lead from January 2019 to April 2024. Donna also held various positions at The Huntington National Bank, including AVP, Instructional Designer and Training Specialist from April 2011 to January 2019, as well as Administrative Assistant Sr. and Business Analyst from 2002 to 2011. Throughout these roles, Donna focused on developing training courses, documenting procedures, and training new associates within the Consumer Collections Division.
