Graeme Queen

Graeme Queen serves as the AVP of Policy Admin Transformation and Operations at The Standard, where responsibilities include driving service strategy and execution for key employer group customers. With a career spanning over two decades, Graeme has held various leadership positions focused on policy administration, engineering, and solution delivery across multiple firms. Notably, Graeme co-sponsored a multi-year program to introduce new Voluntary product capabilities and established internal CRM operations using Salesforce. Earlier experience includes management roles at PacifiCorp in customer service systems and consultancy on business improvement projects. Graeme began as a software engineer, focusing on application development and deployment in the call center domain. Graeme holds an MBA in Finance from Portland State University and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics from the University of Strathclyde.
