Jeff Sammons

Jeff Sammons has a diverse background in fitness and management, having served as Fitness Director, Trainer, and Facilities Manager at Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club from January 2000 to March 2004, and as a Member Assistant at Courthouse Athletic Club from August 1998 to January 2000. In addition to fitness roles, Jeff held various managerial positions, including Manager and Disability Claim Specialist at The Standard in October 2013, and Assistant Branch Manager at Wells Fargo from April 2004 to May 2007. Jeff's educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Management from Portland State University, earned between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Western Oregon University, completed in 1999.
