Jody Pfeifer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and product development within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at The Standard since February 2020, Jody previously held key leadership roles at Standard Insurance Company, including 2nd Vice President of Strategy & Portfolio, where direction was provided to teams on strategy discussions and complex program delivery. Prior positions included Director of Strategy & Planning, Director of Business Relations, and Business Applications Manager, each focused on enhancing business and technology alignment and portfolio decision-making. Jody began the career as a Systems Analyst, contributing to business processes and technology initiatives. Education was pursued at Mt. Hood Community College from 1989 to 1990.
